Quality-oriented education focuses on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability.Open question teaching is an important entry point for schools to implement mathematics quality education.Open questions have the characteristics of divergence,exploration and diversity,which provide learning resources and conditions for the creative teaching and learning of mathematics classroom teaching.This is the idea of the paper,which deepens the new curriculum reform,optimizes students' mathematics thinking ability and improves the quality of mathematics classroom teaching.The main problems are as follows:(1)the current situation and existing problems of junior middle school mathematics open question teaching;(2)the empirical analysis of Polia's problem solving thought to mathematics open problem teaching;(3)the strategy of mathematics open question teaching based on Polia's problem solving thought.The paper mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and experimental method.The technical route used is literature research--questi onnaire survey--feasibility analysis--case analysis--experimentation--verdict.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,understand the teaching situation of open problem solving mode and teaching strategy,divide middle school mathematics contention to four modules,select three modules: number and algebra,figure and geometry,synthesis and practice,conducting teaching design,analyze the experimental conclusion and reflect on the research deficiencies.Conclusion:(1)junior middle school mathematics teachers to teach mathematics open questions generally only in exercises class,open questions teaching can not give full play to the teaching value and function of open questions.(2)In the open problem learning and problem solving problems,there are a lack of organization,solidified problem solving ideas,thinking stopped in shallow areas,and lack of learning initiative.(3)Teaching experiment research shows that open problem solving mode can improve students' problem solving ability and mathematical thinking ability;open question teaching helps to improve student'interest and learning attitude.
