In the face of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data and other information technologies,we are moving towards a new era of education led by intelligent technology.For the artificial intelligence environment it creates,innovative teachers with innovative thinking and innovative practices are the key to cultivating innovative talents and building an innovative nation.Therefore,in the educational context of artificial intelligence,teachers encounter new problems and challenges in education and teaching,etc.Teachers are forced to think and innovate in educational practices that are different from the traditional ones,putting forward higher requirements for primary school teachers' ability to innovate in educational practices that are different from those of traditional education.This study is oriented towards the artificial intelligence environment,and takes the new challenges faced by primary school teachers as a starting point for an in-depth study of teachers' use of educational technology theories and methods to innovate and solve educational practice problems.The paper uses literature research and questionnaires as the main research methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by primary school teachers' educational practice in an intelligent environment,as well as the current situation and reasons for the lack of teachers' educational practice innovation capacity in the face of the challenges and to propose targeted countermeasures to address them.It is hoped that the study will provide more reference ideas for the construction of innovative teachers in primary school education in China.This study begins with a question,clarifies the background of the question,and elaborates on the concepts related to innovation capacity in education practice,the current situation of domestic and international research and the significance of the research,and determines the research proposal of the article,that is,the specific research method,research content and research ideas.It then elaborates on the issue of the new demands put forward by the AI environment on primary school education.The challenges of the AI environment on primary school teachers' educational practice are introduced with the current higher demands on educational management,teaching mode,teachers' competence and students' status,respectively: the challenges of teachers' role,teaching style,literacy competence and teacher-student relationship.The current situation of primary school teachers' educational practice innovation capacity in the face of challenges in the AI environment is then elaborated.The data statistics reveal their educational practice innovation capacity is insufficient,and the reasons that may hinder the development of practice innovation capacity are also found;and the reasons for teachers' insufficient educational practice innovation capacity are analysed and summarised,and the reasons for innovation consciousness,evaluation system,training seminars and personal capacity are discussed.Then,based on the specific reasons derived from the research findings,corresponding strategies for improvement are proposed in relation to the technological relevance of education in the artificial intelligence environment.It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference and reference for future teachers' educational practice work,making them more adaptable to the new requirements of teaching in an intelligent environment,promoting teaching quality and advancing the innovative development of educational informatics.
