Early childhood health education is of great value.The quality of health education obtained by children is directly related to whether they can grow up healthily.Understanding the application status and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' health knowledge can help kindergarten teachers carry out health education for children better.At the same time,teachers find and solve problems in the process of applying knowledge in the health field,which also promotes teachers' teaching and learning.In the current practice,the status quo of kindergarten teachers' health knowledge application and the factors affecting their health knowledge application need to be further explored and explored.This study used investigation,observation and interview methods to explore the status quo and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' health knowledge application.5 kindergarten teachers were selected for observation and 12 kindergarten teachers were interviewed.Finally,SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.From all dimensions,the application level of living habits and ability knowledge is the highest,mainly reflected in the application of living habits knowledge and self-protection knowledge;The second is the application of the knowledge of motion development,which is embodied in the application of the knowledge of gross motion and fine motion.Finally,the application of physical and mental condition knowledge is embodied in the application of physiological knowledge and psychological knowledge.2.From the perspective of demographic variables,kindergarten teachers with 3-6 years of teaching experience have a relatively high level of health knowledge application;There is no significant difference in health knowledge application level among kindergarten teachers with different educational backgrounds.The key teachers in kindergarten have a high level of health knowledge application;The kindergarten teachers who won the teaching award have a higher level of knowledge application in the field of health.3.The internal factors affecting the application of kindergarten teachers' health knowledge mainly include teachers' teaching experience,teachers' educational background,knowledge structure,professional sensitivity,professional identity and internal driving force;External factors include garden environment,home cooperation and social resources.Based on the research results,researchers put forward the following suggestions: be good at observing children,capture educational opportunities;Enrich existing knowledge and strengthen independent reflection;Attach importance to experience sharing and improve the working environment.
