The new curriculum reform requires students to take the initiative to participate in the learning process and think positively,so as to gain confidence in mathematics learning.Modern society requires students to have strong psychological quality.Mathematics anxiety is a special kind of anxiety,which affects students' psychological state during learning,and then affects their mathematics learning.Student's own characteristics,the characteristics of mathematics,teachers and parents attitude and so on are all factors that influence the mathematics anxiety with the continuous development of era.The cause is not limited to the students' math anxiety factors.The change of social environment also affects the junior middle school students learning mathematics anxiety.Thus alleviate the math anxiety of junior high school students is especially important.This study is divided into questionnaire survey and interview survey.First of all learn from scholars,such as the Li Juanjuan questionnaire of junior high school students math anxiety status questionnaire.A middle school in Shenyang in grade seven and grade eight and nine grade two classes were randomly selected to distribute.Investigation of the present situation of mathematics anxiety in junior middle school students and the students of different gender,grade,performance,mathematics anxiety degree of difference.At the same time from the internal factors and external factors of two aspects of the impact of junior high school mathematics anxiety.Secondly,in order to further analyze the reasons affecting junior high school students' math anxiety.An interview outline was prepared,and six students and two math teachers were interviewed and surveyed.The conclusions are as follows: 1.Junior middle school students have mathematics anxiety to a certain extent,and most of them are in a state of moderate anxiety;2.The degree of math anxiety of girls is higher than that of boys;3.The math anxiety of grade7,8 and 9students is nearly the same;4.Students with lower math scores are more anxious than those with higher scores;5.The reasons influencing junior high school students' mathematics anxiety include self-efficacy,mathematics motivation,mathematics subject characteristics,mathematics examination,teachers' teaching methods,parents' attitudes and social environment,etc.According to the results of the survey,some suggestions are put forward from three aspects of students,teachers and parents to alleviate junior high school students' math anxiety: 1.Students should enhance their sense of self-efficacy in mathematics.establish a correct view of mathematics learning,and strengthen their internal learning motivation.2.Teachers should evaluate students' learning objectively.Assign math homework reasonably and pay attention to students' mental health;3.Parents should take reasonable measures to educate their children and create a relaxed learning atmosphere for them.
