To adhere to the unity of explicit education and implicit education is an importan t requirement put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping to run ideological and polit ical education well.It is also an important foothold to constantly innovate ideological and political education methods,and it is also a teaching and research topic that ideol ogical and political teachers must explore.By virtue of its penetrative,open and latent characteristics,the hidden education method penetrates the ideological and political e ducation content into the carrier of campus culture,other courses and practical activiti es,so that senior high school students can receive the ideological and political educati on unconsciously.Its application plays an important role in deepening the penetration of students' moral feelings and improving their consciousness of moral accomplishme nt,and can effectively improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the use of hidden education method in high sc hool ideological and political education.Based on the actual needs of high school ideological and political education,this paper discusses the application of implicit education method.Through literature analy sis and questionnaire survey results,it is found that the implementation of hidden edu cation method in high school ideological and political education can effectively weak en the rebellious psychology of high school students,improve the effectiveness of ide ological and political education;Give play to students' dominant position and stimulat e students' consciousness of participation;Promote students to internalize moral emoti on and form good moral quality.However,the implementation of implicit education l aw requires higher personal ability and quality of teachers,and the influence of examoriented education.At present,there are still some problems in the implementation of the implicit education method in high school ideological and political education,whic h mainly show in the following aspects: some teachers' implicit education consciousn ess is weak,the implicit education carrier resources are insufficient,the implicit educa tion method lacks innovation,the implicit education method and the explicit educatio n method are not well connected.In view of the above problems and the analysis of th e reasons,this paper puts forward some solutions from the aspects of strengthening te achers' awareness of implicit education,fully exploiting and utilizing hidden educatio n resources,innovating hidden education methods and perfecting the longterm guarantee mechanism of hidden education method.In short,it is hoped that the d iscussion of this paper can provide optimization strategies for the better application of hidden education method in high school ideological and political education,guide tea chers to pay attention to the use of hidden education method to carry out ideological a nd political education,and constantly optimize the effect of ideological and political e ducation.
