Objective: the human vestibular sensory system is one of the important components to maintain the sense of balance. The human body mainly maintains the sense of balance through vision, proprioception and vestibular sensory system. The deaf mute Students aged 13-15 lack one link of the three senses to maintain the sense of balance due to the abnormality of vestibular function, the lack of stimulation from the outside and the lack of stimulation of inner ear senses,Therefore, the balance ability of deaf mute Students aged13-15 is lower than that of normal people of the same age.According to the degree of disability, they also have individual differences in balance ability, coordination ability and sensitive quality, especially in balance ability, which also leads to their deviation from normal people in sports ability.Unstable training refers to the use of unstable platform to carry out different degrees of non fixed support exercise training on unstable instruments or equipment to promote balance and musculoskeletal movement ability, that is,to simulate the technical characteristics of each item. The purpose is to achieve the purpose of sports training by maintaining balance under unstable conditions or environment, and assist the formation of sports skills through the improvement of balance ability.Research methods: This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics to study 37 students in three classes of Grade 8,grade 9 and grade 1 of Hohhot special education school.A total of eight indicators of four types of abilities including static balance, dynamic balance, interference balance and vestibular function test are selected.According to the “comparative analysis of single group before and after control” in the research methods of sports science, the pre-test data and post-test data are collected for comparison. The teaching content adopts the process from stable training to unstable training and then to integrated training. The difficulty increases gradually with the progress of the experimental cycle.Research results:(1)After 10 weeks of unstable training,37 students showed significant differences in the test data before and after static, dynamic and disturbed balance, and the post test data was significantly improved compared with the pre-test data.(2)After 10 weeks of unstable training,37 deaf mute students have significantly improved their balance ability. The improvement of balance ability also makes deaf mute students more actively participate in sports, continuously strengthen their proprioception in sports, and then improve their vestibular function,so as to further strengthen their balance ability.Conclusion:(1)After 10 weeks of unstable training, deaf mute students have significantly improved their static balance ability, which is specifically reflected in the enhancement of lower limb strength and the control of body center of gravity. From the comparison of test indexes before and after the experiment, the static balance ability is the most significant kind of balance ability in the whole unstable training cycle.(2)10 weeks of unstable training also greatly improved the dynamic balance ability of deaf mute Students, which is specifically reflected in the improvement of deaf mute Students' control of center of gravity deviation and their ability to maintain center of gravity stability during exercise.(3)10 weeks of unstable training is also very significant for the improvement of anti-interference balance ability, which is specifically reflected in the improvement of deaf mute Students' self-regulation balance ability in sports and the ability to skillfully control the body to find the most stable critical point in the state of imbalance to balance.(4)10 weeks of unstable training also played a positive role in the vestibular function of deaf mute Students.Specifically,in the case of blocking vision, deaf mute Students' perception of the macro direction was improved.Recommendations:Through this experimental study,it is found that unstable training has a significant effect on improving the balance ability of deaf mute Students. It can obviously promote the balance ability.Unstable training can be integrated into the physical education curriculum and emotional training curriculum of special schools,so as to improve the balance ability of deaf mute Students and provide guarantee for the development of deaf mute Students' sports ability.Unstable training means are rich and diverse, and training equipment is diverse and interesting.Schools can purchase a large number of equipment and organize interesting sports meetings to let deaf and dumb students participate in training through games.
