Content: Compared with normal students, deaf-mute students can be looked on as a special collectivity and they have their own characteristic and particularity, which include the difference not only in the body, but also in psychology and their overall qualities and so on. But as to their personality and intelligence, these deaf-mute students are healthful and they only have obstacle to listening and speaking. Therefore, deaf-mute students are able to study and accept art education just like normal persons, especially in fine arts learning. Since the fine arts are visual arts, you can study fine arts if you have wholesome vision and sound personality and intelligence.To teach fine arts to deaf-mute students, we should aim to their characteristic and particularity and combine with their actual ability and levels, then implement effective education methods which adapt to the reform direction of modern deaf-mute education. In my several years' teaching experiment, I realize that implementing fine arts individuating teaching fits with factual requirements of deaf-mute students. It is beneficial not only to cultivating creative spirit and ability of deaf-mute students, promoting their physical and mental healthy, but also to bringing themselves the best development level.In this thesis, meanings, connotations, goals, principles, methods and the modes of deaf-mute students' fine arts individuating teaching are addressed in detail. Through alternant demonstration of the theories and the practices, the discussion ofproposition--fine arts individuating teaching to deaf-mute students is alsooutspreaded.The content of proposition--fine arts individuating teaching to deaf-mutestudents is very plentiful and what referred in this thesis is only the limited part.
