In order to adapt to the development of the new curriculum reform,to better cultivate students' core discipline accomplishment,to maximize the effective linkage between junior and senior high school stages,and to avoid unnecessary repetition of teaching content,based on the establishment of discipline workshop,corresponding strategies for the solutions are discussed and investigated on how to realize a synergistic effect between junior and senior high school both to facilitate the growth of the student.Related studies on the teaching linkage for history in China are analyzed,arranged and summarized based on review of the literature and periodical,with the description of the reason for the study on teaching linkage for history in junior and senior high school.Based on the pedagogy and psychological theories as the basis of the study theories,such as the constructivism,"Zone of Proximal Development" and multiple intelligences theory,and with the applications of the methods such as literature collection,action research,observation research,experience research,and interview,etc,the teaching from the teacher and the learning from the junior and senior high school students are investigated and analyzed,with the proposal of the strategies for effective linkage in the history teaching in junior and senior high based on a discipline workshop and from the point of the teacher.There are four sections in this paper,in which the problems in the teaching and research are described based on the investigation and analysis on current state of the teaching linkage in History in junior and senior high schools in West Ujimqin Qi in section 1.In section 2,the research strategies on the linkage in the teaching and research based on discipline workshop are proposed for the non-combined junior and senior high school within the scope of the Qi and the County.1.Establish a platform to set up History Workshop;2.Establish an effective interactive mechanism for teacher which is led by the history topic;3.Transform the concepts in teachers to establish the awareness of teaching linkage in history teaching;4.Organize the training and learning to improve the capability on teaching linkage in each studying stage;and 5.Organize the heterogeneous forms for the same subject,with a study of teaching linkage across the studying stage.In section 3,the research strategies on the linkage in the teaching and research based on discipline workshop are proposed for the non-combined junior and senior high school within the scope of the Qi and the County.Awaken students' existing knowledge structure via the understanding of the learning condition;Develop student's development and accomplishment targets based on the study of curriculum standards;and integrate the core accomplishment implementation in the textbook led by the topic.Motivate the interest in the students via the creation of the scenarios.Improve the teaching methods to build a rational knowledge system for the student and to cultivate student's core accomplishment in the discipline.At last,the conclusion is provided that,based on the improvement from the teacher via History Workshop,the problems in the education and teaching due to the defects in history teaching linage will be minimized between junior and senior high school,with the resolution of the problem in history teaching linkage between junior ans senior high school according to the characteristics in history teaching,leading to a comprehensive cultivation on student's core accomplishment in the discipline.
