High school Chinese teachers' standardized use of teaching language in the classroom plays an important role in students' accurate understanding of classroom teaching content and accumulation of individual language experience.According to the Chinese curriculum standards for senior high schools(2017 edition and 2020 Revision),compared with the Chinese teachers in the compulsory education stage,senior high school Chinese teachers need to standardize the classroom teaching language.However,in the actual teaching,the phenomenon of non-standard language of Chinese teachers' classroom teaching is common,and this problem needs to be concerned and improved.The research adopts the methods of case analysis and interview,combined with the collected teaching cases of non-standard teaching language of Chinese teachers,to understand the standardization of teachers' classroom teaching language.It is found that teachers' classroom teaching speech is not standardized,which is mainly manifested as follows: at the level of general speech,some teachers' classroom teaching speech violates the requirements of national policies and educational laws and regulations;At the level of professional speech,some teachers have the problem of inappropriate use of language and text interpretation.The main reasons are that teachers' awareness of standardizing teaching language is weak,their professional quality is weak,and their experience in standardizing teaching language is insufficient.In addition,at this stage,teachers lack special training to standardize teaching language and specific evaluation on the standardization of teaching language.As a result,the standardization of Teachers' classroom teaching language in the actual high school Chinese classroom is not ideal.Based on the current situation of the speech norms of high school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from the two aspects of teachers' subject and teaching environment.In the aspect of teachers,first of all,teachers should have a correct understanding of teaching language and pay attention to the standardization of teaching language;Further deepen professional knowledge and improve the quality of teaching language.Secondly,in the extensive practice of teaching language,teachers need to enrich the experience of standardized use of teaching language.Finally,teachers should make full preparations for the possible use of teaching language in classroom teaching in advance;Repeatedly temper teaching language,pay attention to the standard teaching language,and highlight the charm of the Chinese subject.In terms of teaching environment,schools and other relevant departments should focus on the actual needs of Chinese teachers to standardize teaching language,provide necessary training support,and improve the evaluation system of teaching language,so as to promote the standardization of teachers' classroom teaching language and improve the effective teaching in the classroom.
