The PBL teaching mode has been increasingly recognized by the society,which focuses more on the cultivation of students' independent learning and problem-solving ability than the traditional teacher-centered and book-centered teaching modes,and better meets the teaching requirements of improving students' core literacy in physics subjects.Based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the paper finds that there is a weak link in the instructional design,namely,how to effectively transform real-world problems into concrete physics problems and improve the quality of PBL teaching.According to the General Physics Curriculum Standard(Revised Edition 2020),the PBL teaching model is formally summarized as one main line,two focal points and three links.In the form of teamwork,around a complex,incomplete and real-life problem,creating a physical situation,posing a realistic problem,transforming it into a concrete physical problem,problem solving and evaluation and reflection is one main line;two focal points are the teaching process in which the teacher leads as one focal point and the student subject as another focal point,in which the students learn independently under the design and guidance of the teacher,the teacher observes and analyzes the learning activities The three links are the three links before-during-after class,in each of which the five elements of the main line and the two focal points are deeply integrated,so as to achieve the classroom teaching objectives.Based on literature research,the thesis adopts observation method and experimental research method to practice teaching mechanics knowledge under PBL teaching mode.Through theoretical analysis,the advantages of PBL teaching are clarified,and feasible teaching mode and teaching process are proposed;the implementation process is demonstrated with the section of "Parabolic Motion" as an example;the core literacy level of the experimental and control classes is assessed through questionnaires after the teaching practice.The results of the practice show that the PBL teaching mode is effective in improving the core literacy of mechanics teaching.The research shows that realistic problem situations close to life or technology can mobilize students' interest,and the fine design of the five elements in PBL teaching can make students' learning objectives clearer,thus enhancing classroom learning efficiency.The expressive goal of PBL teaching mode is to solve problems while being able to complete the learning of knowledge,and its invisible effect improves students' collaborative ability,independent learning ability and problem solving ability.However,because of the short time of teaching practice,there are some uncontrollable factors in the process of application.On the one hand,when teachers implement the new teaching mode,they will face the double pressure of teaching effect improvement and classroom resources development.On the other hand,when acquiring knowledge,students transform from "ready-to-get" to "self-construction"."PBL teaching needs to continue to find problems,summarize experience and form a consensus in practice,and finally improve the practical application value of PBL teaching.
