Educational discipline as a means of education,is of great significance to cultivate students in an all-round way,maintain educational order,achieve educational objectives and optimize educational environment.However,under the influence of multiple factors such as the immaturity of educational discipline legislation in our country and the non-objective perception of educational discipline by different social groups,there are often educational alienation phenomena of "excessive discipline" and "abandonment of discipline" in primary and secondary schools in our country.Excessive discipline can easily damage the physical and mental health of students;if discipline is given up,it is difficult to guarantee the discipline and order of education.In the past two years,the state has issued the?Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Education(Trial)?(ereafter this text will be abbreviated as? Disciplinary Rules ?)on the basis of scientific research,extensive public opinion and prudent decision-making,which not only affirms the legitimacy of educational discipline,it also provides guidance for schools and teachers.It is necessary to understand the implementation of educational discipline after the introduction of the?Disciplinary Rules?,analyze the current problems in the implementation of discipline,explore the reasonable and effective implementation of disciplinary education,and promote the efficient implementation and scientific improvement of the?Disciplinary Rules?.For this reason,this study adopts the research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the cognition of teachers and students of Y senior high school on educational discipline,the implementation status of Y senior high school educational discipline and the influencing factors of the implementation effect.It analyzes the main problems existing in the implementation of educational discipline in ordinary senior high schools,discusses the causes of the problems,and then proposes an optimization strategy for the implementation of educational discipline by investigating the implementation of the?Disciplinary Rules?after the introduction.After summarizing and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,it is found that there are group differences in Y senior high school teachers' and students' views on educational discipline;teachers' views on educational discipline are not different due to differences in gender,education,teaching age,and work experience of class teachers;Views on educational discipline are affected by gender,class cadre experience,and whether they have been punished.Based on the interview results,it is concluded that the main problems in the implementation of educational discipline include the imperfect content and implementation of the?Disciplinary Rules?,the lack of supervision and management of the implementation of educational discipline by schools,and teachers' theoretical cognition and practice of educational discipline operational dislocation,students' subjectivity deviation in educational disciplinary activities,and the unsatisfactory environment of educational disciplinary,etc.In-depth analysis of the above problems found that the causes include imperfect legal provisions,insufficient emphasis on educational disciplinary by schools,lack of teachers' educational disciplinary ability,academic pressure interfering with the embodiment of students' subjective status,and biased concepts of educational disciplinary in social groups,etc.In order to give better play to the educational significance of educational disciplinary,a strategy for optimizing the implementation of educational disciplinary is further proposed in response to the above content: refine and complete the relevant provisions of the?Disciplinary Rules?,schools increase the emphasis on educational disciplinary and strengthen training supervision,teachers should start from improving their own educational disciplinary literacy,face up to the dominant position of students,and form a rational understanding of educational disciplinary action at the social level.
