With the continuous reform and innovation of school physical education in China in the new era,as well as the continuous improvement of national attention to physical education,the demand for young physical education teachers also increases.At the same time,the teaching ability of young physical education teachers is also put forward higher requirements,young physical education teachers in addition to good special skills,but also have a strong teaching ability.This paper aims to understand the current situation of the cultivation of the teaching ability of young PE teachers in middle schools in Tianjin and to build an indicator system of the cultivation of the teaching ability of young PE teachers in middle schools in Tianjin.Taking Tianjin young excellent middle school physical education teachers,famous middle school teaching teachers,college education experts and education administrative department staff as the investigation objects,the following conclusions are drawn by using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and Delphi method:1.The overall educational level of young PE teachers in Tianjin is relatively high,with postgraduate education reaching 31.6%.In particular,the proportion of young PE teachers in the six districts of Tianjin is 50.8%,and the proportion of young PE teachers in other districts is 20%.This also reflects that the overall educational level of young PE teachers in Tianjin is relatively high.In line with the national requirements of creating high-quality teachers in the new era;Although the educational level of young PE teachers in middle schools is improving year by year,the level of teaching ability still fails to meet the corresponding requirements.The imbalance between theoretical level and teaching skill development leads to the disconnection between theory and practice.In addition,the continuing education of young PE teachers in secondary schools in Tianjin is relatively insufficient.It is necessary to construct a set of indicators system for the cultivation of teaching ability of young PE teachers in Tianjin middle schools.2.There are some common problems in the teaching ability of young PE teachers in Tianjin middle schools.In the aspect of teaching design: First,there is the confusion between the curriculum objectives and teaching objectives in the process of goal design;Second,the young PE teachers in Tianjin middle schools are not accurate enough to grasp the cutting point of teaching key analysis;In terms of teaching implementation,the teaching ability of young PE teachers in middle schools in Tianjin is generally deficient,which requires more training.In the aspect of teaching evaluation: the young PE teachers in Tianjin middle schools mostly choose the summative evaluation,and the evaluation method is relatively single.3.On the basis of investigation,the teaching ability training index system of young PE teachers in Tianjin middle schools is constructed,which consists of 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators.
