With the vigorous development of the Internet and the deepening of big data analysis technology,the development of artificial intelligence has entered a new era,and promoted human society from the information age to the intelligent age.In order to cultivate and supply AI talents,China has issued a number of documents to point out the direction for the development of AI education and provide policy guidance and guarantee.At present,China's artificial intelligence education is in full swing everywhere,but there are still some problems,such as teachers can not adapt to the new teaching materials and the teaching mode is not perfect.Based on this background,this study attempts to apply project-based learning to high school AI curriculum on the basis of existing AI education related research.Firstly,this study combs the research status of project-based learning at home and abroad,and makes a series of summaries on the development of artificial intelligence education,theoretical research,curriculum teaching and teaching mode;It also defines and describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this study.Then,based on the analysis of the content and objectives of China's high school artificial intelligence curriculum,combined with the constituent elements and basic process of project-based learning,this paper constructs a high school artificial intelligence curriculum teaching model based on project-based learning.The model is divided into two stages: project design and project implementation.The project implementation stage includes five links: project determination,plan formulation,exploration and production,exhibition and communication,evaluation and reflection.This paper takes the senior one students of a middle school in Xi'an as the teaching experimental object,around the selected teaching content,designs the teaching case based on the above model,and verifies the teaching effect of this model through experimental research method and investigation and research method.Finally,through the data analysis,it can be seen that using this model in the teaching of artificial intelligence courses in senior high school can effectively improve students' knowledge mastery,and improve students' comprehensive quality in learning interest,autonomous learning ability,cooperation and communication ability.In addition,this paper summarizes the problems and corresponding suggestions of middle school students and teachers in the teaching process,hoping to provide help and reference for other schools to carry out artificial intelligence teaching in senior high school.
