Under the background of deepening globalization and complex and changeable international situation,China's national security is facing more challenges,and the importance of national security education is becoming increasingly prominent.The Guidelines for National Security Education for Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020 clearly stipulated that national security education should be integrated into the teaching of all disciplines.Due to the characteristics of geography,there are many contents related to national security education.National security education is not only the characteristic of geography,but also the content of the new geography college entrance examination.Due to the complexity of national security issues,the contents of national security education related to geography need the help of curriculum resources to assist teaching in order to achieve the ideal teaching effect.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the development and utilization of the high school geographic national security education curriculum resources for current high school geography and national security education.Through literature analysis,this study sorted out the domestic and foreign research status of the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources,and determined the national security theory with Chinese characteristics,constructivism learning theory,and geography core literacy theory as the theoretical basis.By analyzing the relevant documents,curriculum standards and textbooks required by discipline teaching,this paper sorted out the contents and resource conditions of high school geographic national security education,and discussed the necessity and feasibility of the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources,and found that teachers and students had insufficient understanding of national security education,national security education lacked practice,the way of the development and utilization of geographic national security education curriculum resources was single,and the evaluation of the using effects of geographic national security education curriculum resources was lacking.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources and related literature,combined with the characteristics of geography and national security education,this paper put forward the principles of the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources:(1)discipline and appropriateness;(2)subjectivity and practicality;(3)diversity and practicality;(4)immediacy and typicality;(5)localism and internationalism.By analyzing the related cases of national security education and the development and utilization of geography curriculum resources,combined with the problems found in the investigation,this paper put forward the strategies of the development and utilization of national security education curriculum resources in senior high school geography :(1)based on the teaching materials,learn from each other;(2)integration of disciplines and understanding of knowledge;(3)expand channels and attach importance to practice;(4)enrich forms and enhance capabilities;(5)extend function,strengthen learning;(6)attach importance to evaluation and timely adjustment.Based on the principles and strategies proposed in the study,combined with the processes of the development and utilization of geographic curriculum resources in relevant literature,this paper formulated the process of the development and utilization of national security education curriculum resources in senior high school geography.In order to demonstrate the specific application of the principles,strategies and the processe proposed in the study in practical teaching,this paper designed three different cases of the development and utilization of high school geographic national security education curriculum resources,including classroom teaching,practical activities and online platform development and application,to provide case references for geography teachers.
