The trend of family migration has brought a large number of migrant children to cities.Due to the strong need for education of the large-scale migrant children group,it has become a common concern of the society to realize the educational integration of migrant children.This study takes the ecosystem theory and social integration theory as guiding theories,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,and on the basis of literature research,uses questionnaire and semi-structured interview to study the educational integration of migrant children.Through the interview with children's parents,it can be found that migrant children are facing the dilemma of educational integration at the micro individual,meso environment and macro system levels.With the fast development of “Internet plus education”,the "double-teacher classroom" remote teaching mode is developing rapidly through the Internet.The collaborative teaching mode of “online excellent teachers” plus “offline local teachers” has become an important means to make up the educational gap and realize educational equity,which is quite consistent with the educational integration of migrant children.It is feasible for social work to participate in this new educational model to promote the educational integration of migrant children.The participation and intervention of social workers,who act as supporters,advocates,relationship coordinators,resource links and administrators.They break restrictions of the traditional education system,link social resources in different aspects,recruit global volunteers,and thus effectively promote the educational integration of migrant children through the educational mode of "online volunteers" plus "offline auxiliary teachers".This study hopes to,through the innovative form of "double-teacher classroom" under the intervention of social work,build a path to promote the education integration of migrant children,and promote this path nationwide,so as to help more migrant children narrow the educational gap with urban local children and truly realize educational integration and educational equity.
