In 2017,my country's general high school physical education and health curriculum started a new round of reform,which defined physical education and health curriculum as a high school basic course that promotes students' health,cultivates students' love for sports,and improves students' comprehensive ability and good character.In 2018,Shanghai's high school sports specialization teaching reform was fully implemented.This is an important measure to promote the development of sports habits of young students,the improvement of sports specialization level,and the establishment of lifelong sports partners.These concepts are in line with the American Sports Education Model.This study tentatively explores the effect of the sports education model on the students' interest in sports learning,badminton skills and general physical fitness in high school badminton optional courses,aiming to improve the effectiveness of high school optional course teaching.Provide some reference and reference value.In this study,72 students in the first grade badminton optional course of Shanghai Wu'ai Senior High School were randomly selected as the experimental objects through the method of literature materials,questionnaire survey,experimental method and mathematical statistics.An 18-week teaching experiment was carried out in the sports education model,and the students' interest level in sports learning,badminton skills and general physical fitness were compared before and after the experiment.The experimental results are as follows:1.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class scored higher than those in the control class in the overall level of interest in physical education,and there was a significant difference between the two classes;2.After the experiment,the scores of the students in the experimental class were higher than those in the control group in the four dimensions of active interest,sports participation,autonomy and inquiry,and attention to sports,and there were significant differences between the two groups in the dimension of negative interest.showed no difference between them;3.After the experiment,the experimental class scored better than the control class in the three skills of badminton forehand throwing,forehand picking and forehand hitting the ball,and the two groups showed better scores in the comparison of the three skills.significant difference;4.Both the sports education model and the traditional teaching model can improve the general physical fitness level of the students to a certain extent;after the experiment,there are significant differences in the 50 M running and standing long jump events of the experimental class and the control class.The experimental results show that: using sports education model can effectively improve students' interest in sports learning,promote students' mastery and enhance students' badminton skills,and have a better impact on students' general physical fitness comparing with the traditional teaching mode in the high school badminton teaching.
