Writing teaching is an important part of language teaching.Since the reform of the curriculum,the problem that writing teaching is inefficient in China has not been changed.The root cause of the inquiry lies in the vague requirements of Curriculum Standards in China;the lack of procedural knowledge of writing in the textbook;and the lagging concept of writing teaching.In order to improve the efficiency of writing teaching,this study analyzes the current situation of writing teaching in junior high schools,sorts out the advanced writing teaching theories at home and abroad,and introduces the American process writing method.The process writing method uses the "writing list" as the medium and group cooperation as the form of teaching organization,focusing on the students' writing process.The study designs writing lists based on the "Ministry Edition" textbook for seven grade and tries to explore the teaching practice of writing based on the process of "writing lists".I hope to enrich China's writing teaching strategies and improve the efficiency of writing teaching.This paper mainly uses the literature review method,the case study method and the action research method.Firstly,the brackets,evaluation,and function of cultivating metacognitive abilities are sorted out.Secondly,the theoretical basis of writing teaching based on writing checklist is explored.Then,according to the academic situation,the Curriculum Standards and the textbook,the writing list system composed of observation accumulation list,serialized micro-writing list,and narrative writing list was constructed.Then,this study proposes strategies which explore "pre-writing" teaching strategies based on "writing list",brainstorming,free writing,comprehension lists,and strategies for student-student evaluation and self-evaluation.The list writing teaching takes students as the main body and solves the writing problems caused by the lack of clear course standards and lack of procedural knowledge in the writing teaching.
