Research purpose: Affected by the COVID-19,the sports of senior high school students have been greatly restricted,and the physical health of senior high school students is one of the hot spots of social concern.This study takes improving the physical quality of senior high school students as the main goal,and creatively integrates crossfire training method into physical education teaching,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the physical quality of students.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,questionnaires and experiments,this paper analyzes the four aspects of the research objects’ physical development indicators,physical function indicators,physical quality indicators and the satisfaction evaluation of crossfire training method in physical education teaching before and after the experiment,and analyzes and evaluates the application of crossfire training method in middle school students’ physical education teaching,so as to provide new ideas for high school physical education teaching.Research results:1.In terms of physical development indicators,crossfit training method has a more positive impact on the height of boys than traditional physical education teaching methods,and also has a positive impact on the weight of girls.Crossfit training method reduces the BMI value of overweight or obese students to a certain extent,and the BMI value of students in the normal range is closer to the median value of BMI value.This shows that the students in crossfit training group are more standard and symmetrical in physical development and body shape than those in traditional physical education teaching group.2.In terms of physical function indicators,crossfire training method can more effectively improve the vital capacity of subjects than traditional physical education teaching method,which also reflects that the cardiopulmonary function of students in crossfire training group is stronger than that in traditional physical education teaching group after the experiment.3.In terms of physical fitness indicators,crossfit training method is superior to traditional physical education teaching methods in improving the flexibility,strength,endurance and speed of subjects.Crossfit training method has a more positive impact on the physical quality of the subjects.4.In the applicability analysis of high school students’ physical education teaching,because crossfit training method is more interesting and has a greater amount of exercise,the subjects’ recognition of crossfit training method is higher than that of traditional physical education teaching.This also reflects that crossfit training method is more applicable in high school students’ physical education teaching.Research conclusion:The research results show that crossfit training method has certain applicability in high school students’ physical education teaching.On the one hand,this training method can improve students’ physical quality,on the other hand,it can also improve students’ interest in sports,increase students’ enthusiasm for after-school exercise,and fundamentally solve teenagers’ physical health problems.
