| Research BackgroundUnder the current physical education reform,physical education classroom teaching,on the basis of developing students’ physical and mental health,lifelong physical education awareness,knowledge and skills,also needs to pay attention to the formation of students’ core literacy such as cognition,values and skills application,which has put forward higher requirements on the quality of physical education classroom teaching.As an important part of teaching evaluation activities,student assessment is an important way to improve teaching level and develop the quality of physical education classroom teaching,among which,a scientific and perfect student assessment index system for high school physical education classroom teaching quality is the premise and key to carry out student assessment activities.At present,there are still problems that need to be improved in the index system of high school physical education classroom teaching quality,such as: lagging,poor feasibility,less practical application research,etc.These problems affect the effectiveness of the index system of student assessment,and thus weaken the positive effect of high school physical education classroom teaching quality student assessment to improve teaching and develop teaching quality.It is urgent to construct a scientific and effective student assessment system for high school physical education classroom teaching quality and to carry out practical application.Purpose of the studyBased on the macro policy of high school physical education reform,existing research results and the suggestions of evaluators(high school students),we use scientific research methods to construct a scientific and effective index system for student evaluation of high school physical education classroom teaching quality and assign weights to each index.To evaluate the quality of physical education classroom teaching by applying the index system of student evaluation of physical education classroom teaching quality in high school,to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching,to improve teaching based on the evaluation results,and to verify the measurability and scientificity of the index system.Research MethodFirstly,through the literature method,we understand the macro policies related to the reform of high school physical education teaching,clarify the current situation of the index system of student evaluation of high school physical education classroom teaching quality,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the index system of student evaluation.Then,through the questionnaire survey method,we understand the suggestions of high school students on the content of teaching evaluation and provide practical basis for the construction of the index system.Combining the theoretical basis and the practical basis,the index system of student evaluation of teaching quality in high school physical education classroom was initially formulated in this study.Based on the Delphi method,12 experts in the field of school physical education and teacher evaluation were asked to give their opinions on the importance of the proposed indexes,and two rounds of screening were conducted to determine the index system of high school physical education classroom teaching quality.The hierarchical analysis method was used to understand the importance of seven experts about the indicators two by two comparison,and the weights were assigned to each indicator.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out practical application and evaluate the quality of physical education classroom teaching.Research Conclusion(1)The index system for student evaluation of physical education classroom teaching quality in high school contains six primary indicators: teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method,teaching organization and management,and teaching effect,and 14 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators are divided under the six primary indicators.(2)In the index system of high school physical education classroom teaching quality student evaluation,the index with the highest weight coefficient is teaching effect(0.33),and the other evaluation indexes in descending order of weight are:teaching method(0.21),teaching content(0.18),teaching organization and management(0.14),teaching attitude(0.07)and teaching ability(0.07).(3)The overall quality of classroom teaching in the case of practical application of the index system of student evaluation of teaching quality in high school physical education was scored as good.Among them,the scores of each level and dimension are different,and the physical education teachers clarify the strengths and weaknesses of each aspect of classroom teaching according to different scores,and also verify the scientific and measurability of the index system. |
