Kindergarten teachers' emotion management is a process in which teachers regulate their own emotions or other people's emotions in order to reduce negative emotions and maintain positive emotions,it includes four dimensions: emotion awareness,emotion expression,emotion regulation and emotion application.Teachers' emotional management ability directly affects the growth of children and teachers,which is of great significance to the physical and mental health development of children and teachers.This study adopts the method of combining qualitative research and quantitative research to explore the emotional management of kindergarten teachers in the interaction between teachers and children.Through the questionnaire survey and observation of 60 teachers from six kindergartens in Q City,and interviews with 36 of them,analyzes the influencing factors of teachers' emotional management,and puts forward some effective strategies to promote kindergarten teachers' emotional management.The findings are as follows:(1)Generally speaking,all kindergarten teachers agree with the importance of emotion management,but they generally don't know much about the content,process and strategy of emotion management.(2)Kindergarten teachers' emotion management ability is generally high,but the four dimensions are not balanced.The scores of each dimension from high to low were: emotion awareness,emotion expression,emotion regulation and emotion application.(3)In terms of emotional awareness,teachers are better at detecting their own emotions than children.In terms of emotional expression,kindergarten teachers have the most positive emotional expression,with "affirmation and praise" as the main language;Secondly,neutral emotional expression takes the second place,with "patiently expounding the requirements" as the main language;The negative emotional expression is the least,mainly in "rhetorical and interrogative" language.In the aspect of emotion regulation,the strategies of kindergarten teachers to regulate their own emotions are relatively single and most of them are relatively negative.Teachers can adopt flexible adjustment strategies according to children's individual differences when adjusting children's emotions.In the use of emotions,teachers can make full use of their positive emotions to open a good interaction between teachers and children,but in the correct treatment of their negative emotions,teachers need to be further improved.(4)Kindergarten environment,teachers' work pressure,teachers' personality,the behavior of parents of children all have an important impact on Kindergarten Teachers' emotional management.According to the above results,this study suggests that that kindergarten teachers should deeply study the knowledge of emotion management;Kindergartens should create a good environment;Pay attention to positive emotional communication in teacher child interaction;Kindergarten administrators should relieve teachers' work pressure.
