Reasoning ability,as one of the core concepts of mathematics curriculum standard for compulsory education(2011 Edition),is not only the basic way of thinking of mathematics,but also the basis of learning ability.The middle school entrance examination is based on the proposition of the curriculum standard.It is an important evaluation of the results of basic education.It can be used as an evaluation tool for the development of students' reasoning ability.Therefore,from the perspective of reasoning ability,the research on the test questions of middle school entrance examination has certain significance and value.This paper takes the mathematics test questions of Fujian middle school entrance examination from 2017 to 2021 as the research object,and focuses on the reasoning ability of middle school entrance examination questions by using comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative methods.First,the overall analysis of the question type and knowledge of the reasoning ability test in the test questions is carried out,and then the research on the level of reasoning ability is carried out on this basis.Finally,the comprehensive difficulty model of Bao Jiansheng's test questions is applied to further analyze the difficulty of the middle school test questions including the reasoning difficulty factors.The results show that: first,in "graphics and geometry",the score of reasoning ability is high,close to half of the total score.The basic question types and basic knowledge are mainly based on reasonable reasoning,and the questions with high comprehensive difficulty are mainly based on deductive reasoning.Second,the level of reasoning ability is unevenly distributed.Pay attention to the examination of reasoning ability level 2,in which the proportion of high-level examination of deductive reasoning is large,and the proportion of low-level examination of reasonable reasoning is large.Third,through the study of the comprehensive difficulty model,it is found that the test questions tend to examine mathematical cognition,mathematical operation and reasoning.It can be seen that the reasoning ability greatly affects the difficulty of the test questions,but does not pay enough attention to the background factors.Finally,through the analysis of the research conclusions of the middle school entrance examination questions in Fujian Province,and combined with the relevant knowledge of education and teaching,this paper puts forward the teaching suggestions to deal with the middle school entrance examination.
