With the development of our country's economy,in recent years,the public education system could no longer satisfy the growing need of people's eagerness for education.There is a huge gap waited to be filled in the market for diversified and specialized educational services.Thus,under this circumstance,private education groups quickly thrive all over the country both in quantity and in scale.However,issues do come along.One of the most obvious problems is the stuff management absence which leads to the astounding turnover rate.As the core competency of an education group,the stuff matters a lot.Losing the control of it will cause a series of problems and eventually leads to the destruction of the company.Even X educational institution is one of the biggest education groups in China,it still has its own stuff management problem.This essay will be based on the case study of X educational institution Middle School's stuff career development,trying to analyze lack of training,developing and motivation beneath the high turnover rate phenomenon.With the direction of human resource theories,it appears that X educational institution does not regard its staff as company's assets but as costs.Lack of training and developing,employees will not be qualified for their positions.Extra work not only depress employees but also bring unnecessary burden to them which cause the losing of motivation.The lack of proper training process,the lack of ample training resources as well as lack of training and developing awareness are the main reasons that contributes to the problem.This study tries to analyze the problems when it comes to stuff management,aiming to increase the core competency of X educational institution,reducing the operational cost of X educational institution,decreasing the losing of students,thus contributes to the continuable developing of X educational institution and fulfill its targets.Meanwhile,as a typical and representational case,this case study will bring certain benefits for the whole education business.
