The Morality Problem Of Teaching Stuff In Institutions Of Higher Learning And Relative Measures

The professional ethics in institutions for higher learning plays an important role in facilitating the development of the education department and the whole society.It could improve the morality of the stuff in the institutions of higher learning as it spreads the idea of a teacher should put many efforts in education;it helps promotes the overall development of students and tutors;it helps set a model among stuff and improve the level of scientific research;it helps creates harmonious atmosphere and improve the level of the morality of the whole society.Research shows that the morality of working stuff in institutions of higher learning is generally good;however,there is some problem.For example,the relationship between tutors and students become alienated;teaching stuff are not focusing on education;corruption appears and teaching stuff are not setting a model for their students.There are many reasons for the above problems:the negative influence of the market economy;a leadership and evaluation system need to be further improved;a lack of supervision and stimulus system;meanwhile,some of tutors ignore their morality improvement.Many measures must be taken to solve the above problem,and this thesis paper includes:improve the environments of higher morality in institutions of higher learning, which includes creates a atmosphere of respecting education among the whole society; enhance institutional construction among the morality of teaching stuff,includes: perfecting the leading and evaluation system,enhancing the supervision and stimulus system and adhering to a strict admittance standard for teaching stuff;finally,facilitating teaching stuff to improve their own morality construction.
