A Study On The Policies Implementation Of University Stuff Going Abroad On Business

With the development of economic globalization, internationalization of higher education has been developed rapidly. Internationalization is the definitely result of the developing with economic globalization and integration. University foreign affairs have increased under the impact of internationalization and have become an important part of college work. The scale and quantity of teachers and students engaged in international communication are partly representing the internationalization level of this university.University Stuff Going Abroad on Business is a very important way to send teachers and student to the world. So, the relevant policies and implement policies can impact the development of a university’s internationalization directly or indirectly. Recently, there are lots of studying on the education of undergraduate student and postgraduate student, on the development of teaching and researching, on talent recruitment, on co – sponsoring and managing foreign teachers with the circumstance of University internationalization, but there is very few studying on policies management of University Stuff Going Abroad on Business.so, choosing this paper has some kind of innovative.In this paper, it mainly studies policies and implement policies, policy advantages and disadvantages of university stuff going abroad on business. Trying to analysis how these policies impact are. With the result, it can put forward new ideas and countermeasures, and give some advice on how to improve the existing policies management to not only can be better service teachers and students,but also not broke rules of country and university. In the end, we can make good use of policies to develop overseas resources and enhance university internationalization.This paper has six chapters. The first chapter is mainly describing the research background and significance, purposes and introduce the main research methods, etc.. The second chapter is the overview of the relevant theories. They are mainly on the basic theory of public policy and the foreign affairs management theory. It summarizes the results of previous studies and puts forward their own analysis and evaluation. The third chapter talks about theory of foreign affairs and especially about Chinese going abroad management history. The fourth chapter is using literature research, comparative research and interview method to try to state the implementation and problems of going abroad policies. In the fifth chapter, give an example of a University to analysis, then compare two Universities,raise questions and get inspiration. The last chapter, paper tries to solve and improve problems above mentioned. Finally, it is a conclusion and summary.
