In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to local compulsory education.Rural teachers are the main guarantee for the development of local basic education.The development of information technology provides more opportunities for the professional growth of rural primary school teachers,and creates a good environment for the professional growth of rural primary school teachers.The implementation of national education informatization has provided a broader platform for local primary school teachers.Education conditions in urban and rural areas are shrinking,but rural primary school teachers still face many problems in their professional development.Therefore,we should understand the current situation of the professional development of local primary school teachers under the background of information technology.It is necessary to study the professional development status of rural primary school teachers,and put forward suggestions and suggestions for these problems,so as to explore the path suitable for the professional development of rural primary school teachers.This study investigated the current situation of rural primary school teachers in F County,Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province.With the help of SPSS software,the survey results were analyzed and compared to find the difficulties and problems in the professional development of rural primary school teachers.Including,local teachers lack understanding of their own professional development,support and vocational training awareness;the software environment based on school informatization cannot meet the actual needs of teachers,and there is no platform and conditions for communication with teachers.At present,the key points and necessary measures to promote the professional development of teachers cannot effectively meet and protect the needs of local rural primary school teachers.On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward.First,teachers should correctly understand information technology and professional development,strengthen professional technology development,optimize their knowledge structure,improve the awareness of actively using information technology and improve personal information quality;Schools should analyze the needs of teachers and the feedback from local rural primary school teachers,optimize the allocation of educational resources,do campus basic work,create conditions for teachers' independent development,carry out various information education activities,and optimize education evaluation methods.Formulate teacher education policies,promote the cooperation between teacher education and technical management,and do a good job in teachers training.
