Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of the Internet and the knowledge economy, the further education informatization, the renewal of media technology, more and more education ideas and media technologies are applied to the education industry, change the form of education and improve the quality of education. The survival pressure that the teachers are facing in the education industry is bigger and bigger. To adapt to the change, to solve the difficulties and to promote teaching, teachers should continue to learn and improve themselves and their professional development. Innovation in the field of education makes teachers industry face great pressure and difficulties. In order to adapt to change and solve the difficulties and promote teaching, teachers should constantly learn and improve themselves and their own professional development. In this background, high school information technology teachers'professional development face many difficulties, especially prominent, such as discipline marginalization, job burnout, lack of scientific research ability. Therefore the way of solving the problems is to know about current development situation of the teachers in the first. Certainly, the most important thing is to find the new vitality of information technology discipline under the background of new environment and new era.Under the background of information technology discipline in high school of Changchun, using interview method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, from the professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection, the development of the external factors and the way to improve teachers' professional development in five aspects investigated the professional development of information technology teachers in high school of Changchun. This paper uses the software of SPSS and Excel to gather statistics and analysis data, in order to find the problems existing in the professional development of information technology teachers in high school of Changchun, such as the lack of personal ability of teachers, the lack of the construction of school infrastructure, the lack of attention from students and society. Then the reasons why the problems exist will be analyzed. The constructive suggestions and measures will be put forward from the level of the national education institution, teachers' individual and social environment, which can guide the policy of the education department, optimize the teaching modes, improve the professional enthusiasm and confidence, and enhance the ability of scientific research.
