In the decades of development,traditional schools and characteristic schools have not achieved their purpose of establishing schools,mainly due to the shortage of reserve talents for competitive sports and the decline of young people's physical health.In order to effectively improve this problem,the sports and education departments have joined hands to provide a strong backing in terms of policy environment and measures,and provide a development opportunity for the transformation of traditional sports schools and sports schools to traditional sports schools.Faced with the current development status,this article takes 21 high school track and field traditional(characteristic)project schools in Anhui Province as the object of investigation,and adopts the methods of literature data,interviews,mathematical statistics,field visits,and questionnaires.Through a multi-dimensional analysis of the basic situation of the multi-subjects of the traditional high school track and field project schools in northern Anhui,the existing problems are explained,and combined with the "integration of sports and education" policy,the difficulties that will be faced by the construction of traditional high school track and field schools in northern Anhui are analyzed in depth.Corresponding construction measures are put forward in terms of policy atmosphere,government responsibilities,coaching motivation,etc.,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Traditional schools and characteristic schools are based on the purpose of enhancing the physical health of young people and enhancing the reserve strength of competitive sports.The purpose of building the school has not been achieved.The government department proposes to integrate the original traditional schools and characteristic schools,build traditional characteristic schools,and strengthen youth.Physical health,improve the reserve strength of competitive sports.2.There are 21 traditional high school track and field schools in northern Anhui.The school-running model is dominated by independent schools;the level of teachers is good,and the coaches have a bachelor's degree;the motivation of student-athletes to participate in training is relatively simple,the training years are short,and the level of competition is high.Low,the competition experience is insufficient,and the contradiction between learning and training is more prominent;in terms of sports training,the training plan is relatively simple,the training method mainly tends to physical training,and the technical and psychological arrangements need to be improved.3.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,there are many difficulties in the future construction of high schools with traditional characteristics of track and field in northern Anhui: the thinking of relevant subjects is solidified,and the problem of contradiction between learning and training still exists;sports cognition is outdated,and paranoid concepts are difficult to eliminate;sports and education integration policy is difficult to implement;The education sector and the sports sector have different management concepts,and the implementation of policies faces conflicts of interest.4.Future construction measures for high schools with traditional characteristics of track and field in northern Anhui under the background of integration of sports and education: establish a communication bridge between departments and form an information exchange mechanism;strengthen policy publicity,guide all parties to grasp the essence of traditional characteristic schools,and attract social resources to join;Strengthen the main body's cognition of sports,re-examine the "education" function of sports;improve the reward and punishment mechanism to stimulate innovation;learn from the excellent experience of foreign countries to alleviate the contradiction between student athletes and training.
