| As an important part of school PHYSICAL education,sports homework is a powerful supplement to the teaching of physical education curriculum.The combination of physical education learning mode in and out of class is of great significance to cultivate students’ physical exercise habit and lifelong physical awareness.Due to the influence of many factors,sports homework gradually disappeared in the field of school sports.With the deepening of basic education reform and the implementation of physical examination system,sports homework has returned to the public.The Ministry of Education has clearly put forward the importance of sports homework,schools must assign sports homework.Under the condition of the development of education history,it is of great guiding significance to carry out the theoretical research of sports extracurricular homework for promoting the healthy,sustainable and effective development of sports extracurricular homework.Therefore,this article takes Changchun city junior high school student sports extracurricular work to implement and development path as the research object,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,survey of Changchun city part of the junior middle school student sports extracurricular work to carry out and implement situation,find the problems and deficiencies,Promote the typical cases of the implementation of sports extracurricular homework actively,put forward the development path of improving sports extracurricular homework,and promote the implementation of sports extracurricular homework policy comprehensively.The results are as follows:The investigated junior schools in Changchun have implemented the PE homework policy,which has also received certain effects.However,grade differences,homework content,homework frequency,students and teachers have some shortcomings.There are many problems in sports homework,such as the large difference between grades in homework assignment,the low rate of homework assignment in grade seven and eight;The content of the homework revolves around the sports of the high school entrance examination,and the tendency to take the exam is obvious.Students lack awareness and ability to complete homework,and the number of homework is uneven;School supervision consciousness is not strong,teachers and students and parents of the role identity is not strong;The factors that affect the after-school PE homework mainly include school PE factor,human factor,policy and system factor and social factor.We should improve the coverage and continuity of the assignment of sports homework,enrich the content and form of sports homework,combine the teaching content of sports curriculum with the physical examination,establish the supervision and management mechanism of home-school cooperation,construct the evaluation system of sports homework,and promote the healthy development of sports homework. |
