Case teaching methods have a long history of development in the West and have been widely recognized by Western education circles.China's understanding of case teaching methods began at the end of the 20 th century,and has been widely used in higher education,and there are relatively few applications in high school biology classroom teaching.On the research in this paper,the case teaching method,carries on the definition,overview the theory support and its characteristics of case teaching,the application of case teaching should follow the principle of,expounds the main source of case teaching in the case,and the high school biology,the steady state and the adjustment module as an example,the analysis of the teaching material to use case teaching method in classroom teaching of chapters,Write cases.Two parallel classes were selected for comparative experiments,and literature research method,questionnaire survey method and control experiment method were used to carry out practical research on case teaching method,so as to build a student-centered,teacher-led classroom.Through the analysis of experimental data,it is concluded that the implementation of case teaching method plays a great role in promoting the interest and enthusiasm of learning;In the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,case teaching method can effectively improve students' ability of cooperation,communication and expression as well as their ability to combine theory with practice.The application of case teaching method in middle school education is still in the initial stage of development,which requires more scholars and front-line teachers to make joint efforts to join in the study of case teaching method and give full play to its best teaching effect.
