According to biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),the core literacy of biology mainly includes four parts: life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Steady-state and equilibrium concepts have always been one of the important core concepts widely studied in the teaching of life concept theory,reflecting that life system is a relatively stable system,mainly through self-regulation.Steady-state and equilibrium concepts reflect students’ mastery and application of basic knowledge in ecology,system theory and other related fields.A correct understanding of their connotation can enable students to have a more systematic understanding of the concept system of life concept.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate students’ steady-state and equilibrium concepts.This research mainly adopts literature research method,grounded theory method,teacher interview method and Delphi expert consultation method as the basic research methods.The research process is divided into four parts: The first part is to build the primary index system of steady-state and equilibrium view.With "steady state","balance" and "concept of life" as the main keywords of the retrieval,the retrieval of relevant literature was deeply analyzed,and through the grounded theory method to open,axial and selective coding,finally build the primary index system of steady state and balance.The second part is teacher interview.A total of 15 front-line high school biology teachers from Shanxi Province and Beijing were selected to conduct telephone interviews and record recordings respectively.The results of the recordings were converted into texts,and the key information contained in the recordings was integrated to supplement the primary indicator framework of steadystate and equilibrium views.The third part is Delphi expert questionnaire consultation.In this study,11 authoritative experts in biological core literacy were selected for consultation,and the consulting data were input into SPSS23.0 software for statistics.The analysis results of experts’ opinions on each indicator were mainly presented in four important indicators: mean value,full score frequency,standard deviation and coefficient of variation.Combined with the detection results and expert opinions,the index system was modified to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the index system,and finally a hierarchical system framework of 2 first-level indexes,4second-level indexes and 14 third-level indexes was constructed.The fourth part is textbook analysis.Three-level indicators from the system and biology for high schools are selective compulsory 1 the steady state and the regulation as well as selective compulsory 2 biology and environment,two modules and the steady state system related to the balance between the theory of knowledge for anchoring,thus further find steady and balanced view specific knowledge in the teaching material of bearing point,complete index system combined with teaching material of seamless,At the same time,it also realizes the preliminary application of the index system.The whole concept is macroscopic and abstract.If the steady-state and balance concepts cannot be concretized in daily teaching practice,teachers cannot effectively operate to cultivate and improve students’ concepts of steady-state and balance.In view of this,this study built a steady and balanced view of the index system,and successively were related to high school biology textbooks and in-depth analysis of the system,make it combined with the related knowledge points in the high school teaching material system,and thus for secondary school teachers in the daily teaching can efficiently cultivate the students’ steady and balance concept provides a new train of thought.
