"Centering on students' development and valuing students' subject status." is the core concept of the new curriculum reform.However,in the traditional teaching methods,most students lack the ability of independent learning and are accustomed to the teacher-teaching-based teaching mode in traditional teaching,which makes it difficult for students' subjective initiative to play out and is not conducive to students' learning and development.In order to meet the current needs of education reform and information development,the flipped classroom teaching mode was born.The emergence of flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively enhance students' independent learning ability and fully mobilize students' subjective initiative.The flipped classroom can fully solve the practical problems encountered by students in the process of vocal learning,mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative in vocal learning,and solve the problems of the lack of vocal education resources,which can help vocal teachers cultivate more vocal talents.This paper firstly researches and analyzes the concept and theory of flipped classroom teaching;secondly,it investigates and understands the basic situation of current vocal music course teaching in secondary schools,evaluates the feasibility and necessity of developing flipped classroom-assisted vocal music course teaching,and conducts school-specific research.The vocal teachers and music education students of the Huaibei Industrial and Art School were selected as the main research subjects,and the vocal teachers of this school have started to use flipped classroom-assisted vocal courses for teaching and have achieved good results.However,the research data revealed that there are still many problems in the implementation of the flipped classroom model,including teachers' unfamiliarity with the flipped classroom model,teachers' incomplete consideration of the teaching process,and imperfect teaching equipment.At the same time,the research data revealed that the four key factors of the flipped classroom teaching model were not well implemented,namely,teachers' role was not clear enough,some teachers still followed the traditional teaching model of vocal music courses,the teaching video design did not tailor the teaching to the students' needs,and teachers did not build a personalized collaborative learning environment in the teaching.Finally,we take comprehensive measures to improve the flipped classroom teaching design,clarify the teachers' roles,and design the teaching videos to teach according to the students' needs to solve the problems at the root and draw conclusions.
