Classroom teaching mode,as one of the critical links in the process of learning Chinese,can promote the improvement of students’ Chinese accomplishment and reading skills.Nevertheless,in pace with the increasing needs of students for reading,classroom teaching is far from reaching the requirements of students.Because of this,students need to supplement and expand their knowledge through outside reading.Based on the above situation,in-class reading and outside reading complement each other to constitute the core of reading,and the integration of in-class and outside reading is launched at the right moment,so as to work hard together to develop students’ Chinese accomplishments which are needed in modern world.In consideration of the learning situation and reading requirements of high-level graders in primary school,this paper investigates the existing problems in the process of integrating in-class and outside reading among higher primary school students,putting forward some suggestions for the implementation of the integration of reading teaching in and after class,so as to provide reasonable tactics for the front-line teachers to solve such matters.The introduction summarizes the concept and connotation of reading integration inside and outside class and expounds the theoretical basis by combing the relevant theoretical and practical research of reading integration inside and outside class.Based on this research idea,the purpose and method of this research are determined.The first chapter of the paper mainly analyzes the features and value of integrating reading in or after class in senior primary school.Through sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad,this part summarizes the characteristics of in-class and outside reading integration existing in the high-grade primary school,that is,interaction,integration,openness.In terms of value,this study can increase students’ reading quantity and promote the discovery of students’ reading skills,stimulating students’ reading interest and improving their Chinese accomplishment;For teachers,this research can also improve their teaching and research level and their professional qualities.In the second chapter,through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there existing some problems in the process of integrating reading in or after class in senior primary schools.For example,deficiencies between cognition,practice and integration cohesion;ambiguous goal setting;lacking of systematic content;blindness;one-sided methods;single integration evaluation and so on.The third chapter mainly puts forward corresponding solutions aiming to the problems existing in the integration of reading teaching in and after class.The integration of internal and external reading objectives and evaluation strategies in primary schools includes the integration of internal and external reading objectives and content in primary schools.Specifically,in terms of cognitive integration,update the teacher’s education teaching idea;improve the professional quality of teachers;promote students’ cognition so as to develop their interest in reading.In terms of goals integration,based on the connection between classroom teaching goals and extracurricular reading goals;based on the integration of core accomplishment.In terms of content integration,starting from the students,focusing on the integration of in-class and outside reading;considering the classics and diversity of the books,emphasizing the diversity of the text;reconciling both the unit theme with the language elements.In terms of mode integration,students exchange and share their opinions after reading so as to integrate their achievements;laying stress on the theme or genre of the textbook;based on the creators of the textbooks.In terms of evaluation integration,focusing on the diversification of evaluation subjects and methods;evaluating the students based on reading quality.Ultimately,the conclusion part summarizes the basic structure and content of this paper,looking into the future,and reflects on the weakness for next improvement.Nowadays,most studies about the integration of in-class and outside reading are taking place in middle school.Thus,based on the section of senior primary school and the textbook compiled by the department,the research tries to put forward the guidance strategies with strong operability,aiming to provide suggestions for the front-line teachers.
