Research Purposes: This study attempts to conduct a 16-week exercise intervention for first-year students by taking the integration of in-class and out-of-class as an experimental intervention method. The integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching contents as the experimental intervention content. This paper analyzes the changes of the physical interest and physical quality of the first-grade students before and after the experiment. So as to probe into the influence for the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching on the physical interest of the first-grade students in primary school. At the same time, through improving the teaching mode and using the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching,we can cultivate the students’ interest in physical education, form the sense of lifelong physical education, and enhance the physique of the whole people.Research Methods: In this study,40 first-grade students of Beichen District Experimental Primary School in Tianjin were selected as experimental subjects by using the methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey,Experiment and Mathematical Statistics.40 subjects were divided into experimental group(20)and Control Group(20).The experimental group was given the intervention of integrated teaching mode in and out of class for 16 weeks,4 times a week and 4 times a week after PE class.each PE class is 40 minutes and the big class break is 30 minutes. Before and after the intervention, the changes of the students’ interest in sports were measured, and the indexes of 50 M,sitting forward bend, vital capacity and rope skipping were measured to reflect the students’ physical quality.By using the method of mathematical statistics and SPSS statistical software, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the data, and uses descriptive statistics to analyze the influence of the integration of in-class and out-of-class on the first-grade students’ interest in sports. The difference between the experimental group and the Control Group before and after the experiment was analyzed by the Normality test.At last,T test was used to analyze the difference between pre-test and post-test,the significance level was p <0.05.The results are as follows:(1)Before and after the experiment, the students’ interest in physical education has been improved, which shows that the integrated teaching in and out of class extends the classroom. The teaching content is flexible. The teaching methods in various forms can enable students to participate actively in the classroom and it can develop a good sense of exercise, master the method of learning sports knowledge and skills for students to lay the foundation for life-long sports.(2)After the experiment,we analyzed the results by using t-test of the difference in the level of interest in physical education between the experimental group and the Control Group. After the experiment, there was a significant difference in the overall level of interest in physical education between the experimental group and the Control Group.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is enough to show that the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching mode can obviously improve the teaching effect and quality. The integrated teaching method in and out of class has obvious effect on primary school students’ interest in sports(3)After the experiment, the experimental group and the Control Group are different in physical quality. There were significant differences in 50-meter test, vital capacity,one-minute rope skipping between the experimental group and the Control Group.Generally speaking, the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching mode plays a certain role in promoting the physical health of primary school students.Research Conclusions:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the integration of in-class and out-of-class teaching not only extends the learning content of PE class, but also improves students’ positive mood and decreases of their negative mood in PE class. It effectively stimulates the students’ interest in sports learning, and makes them have a positive and correct attitude towards sports learning.(2)The introduction of in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode has played a positive role in promoting learning interest. The teaching effect is obviously better than the traditional mode.In-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode is helpful to improve the physical health level and physical quality of primary school students.
