Teachers' professional learning community takes teachers' professional growth as the fundamental goal,which is of great significance to the improvement of teachers' education and teaching level,the improvement of teachers' professional quality,and the operation of the overall teaching and management of the school.Rural teachers are an important force supporting education equity.The Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Teachers in the New Era issued by the Ministry of Education and other six departments of The State Council in 2020 clearly stated that the professional growth of rural teachers should be promoted.However,the remote location of rural schools,lack of resources and too few teachers hinder the professional growth of rural teachers.Therefore,it is particularly important for rural teachers to establish interdisciplinary professional learning communities.In this study to clarify the concept of teacher professional learning community,based on the constructivism theory,cooperation theory and the learning organization culture as A rural primary school of interdisciplinary theoretical basis of the operation mechanism of professional learning community,yantai area A rural primary school teachers selected interdisciplinary professional learning community as the research object,give priority to with questionnaire,literature analysis,interview method,This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the operation mechanism of the interdisciplinary professional learning community of rural primary school teachers,its causes and construction strategies.Through relevant data analysis,it is concluded that the interdisciplinary professional learning community of rural primary school teachers has the following problems: the imbalance between the age structure of teachers and the professional structure;Rural teachers are seriously short of time and energy;The operation mechanism of professional learning community is formalized;Insufficient empowerment of community participants;The evaluation supervision mechanism is not systematic;The guarantee conditions of the community operation mechanism are not supportive enough.Reviewing the overall research process and combining the above problems,this study summarizes five suggestions on the operation mechanism of the interdisciplinary professional learning community of rural primary school teachers: adjusting the teacher structure and developing the interdisciplinary teacher culture of rural primary schools;Improve the way of motivation,based on the development of teachers' driving force;To forge a common vision and make the community more effective;Administrators delegate power to construct a five-in-one teacher evaluation system;We will improve the community's safeguard and support mechanism in various ways.
