Junior High School "Morality And The Rule Of Law" Class In The Labor Education Research

At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that labor education should be included in the general requirements of personnel training.In March and July 2020,the State and the Ministry of Education successively issued guidelines on labor education,which deeply reflects the great importance of the Party and the state to labor education.Junior high school "morality and rule of law" course is based on the life of junior high school students,which aims to guide and promote the development of moral quality and rule of law concept of junior high school students,and labor can cultivate morality,increase wisdom,strengthen the body and cultivate beauty.The two goals are highly overlapping.It is necessary to carry out labor education in junior middle school morality and rule of law courses,to meet the growth needs of junior middle school students and to promote the all-round development of students.This paper is based on the author’s actual teaching experience,combined with questionnaire survey,interview,literature analysis and other methods.The full text has four parts: the first part,based on the definition of labor,labor education and other related concepts,focuses on the content of labor education,that is,to guide students to form a correct labor cognition,labor emotion,labor will and master the necessary labor skills.The second part discusses the necessity and theoretical basis of labor education in junior morality and law.The third part is to analyze the partial content of labor education,the deviation of labor education goal,the single form of labor education and the simple evaluation of labor education.The main reasons for the problems lie in the insufficient development of labor education curriculum resources,the lack of labor education objectives,the relative lack of practical resources of labor education and the imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism of labor education.The fourth part mainly proposes the development of labor education curriculum resources,determining the teaching objectives of labor education,enriching the extracurricular practice resources of labor education,and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of labor education.
