With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,information literacy has become one of the necessary skills in the information society.As gradually entering the digital society represented by mobile Internet,big data and artificial intelligence technology,the value of data is increasingly reflected,and data literacy has become one of the key elements of information literacy,which has aroused widespread concern in society.In the face of the ever-increasing mass data,what attitude to data,what data manipulation kills you have,and how to standardize use have become important issues in the current education field.As an important object of talent training,senior high school students are also an important force to enter the digital society.Cultivating and improving their data literacy is an important research direction with great practical value and significance.In the traditional "task-based" teaching method,there is no further division of the skills that students should master into reusable skills and non-reusable skills,which is not conducive to the cultivation of data literacy.Based on the learning transfer theory,situational cognition theory,and the acquisition principle of reusable skills and non-reusable skills,this study designed a instructional design process based on 4C/ID model with the aim of cultivating high school students' data literacy by using literature research,questionnaire survey,educational experiment method and interview,and carried out relevant teaching activities in the internship school to verify the effectiveness of the instructional process.Specifically,firstly,analyze the teaching objectives,learners and teaching contents,and divide the reuse skills and non-reuse skills;Secondly,different learning tasks,procedural information,supporting information and some task exercises are designed for reusable skills and non-reusable skills to complete the instructional design;Finally,part of the task exercises and summative evaluation are carried out.The research shows that the application of the instructional process based on 4C/ID model proposed in this paper has improved students' data awareness and attitude,data knowledge and skills,data application communication and data ethics,etc.,which verifies the effectiveness of the instructional process and provides valuable reference for the teaching practice of high school students' data literacy training.
