Pracyical Study On Group Work Intervetion In Anxiety And Depression Of Inpatients In Rehabilitation Department

In recent years,the anxiety and depression of inpatients have attracted extensive attention in the society,among which the anxiety and depression of inpatients in rehabilitation department are widespread and universal.However,there are relatively few research and practical intervention.This study takes the inpatients with anxiety and depression in the rehabilitation department of G hospital in n Province as the research object,understands the current situation of anxiety and depression of inpatients in the rehabilitation department through semi-structured interviews,studies and analyzes the causes of anxiety and depression based on the theory of social support network and group dynamics,combined with the needs assessment of the research object,and takes the social work group method as the intervention means,We try to alleviate and improve anxiety and depression by forming group dynamics of inpatients in rehabilitation department.The study found that due to the influence of disease,personality,cognitive bias,insufficient family emotional support,insufficient material support,the impact of hospital environment and the lack of social communication environment,inpatients in the rehabilitation department have varying degrees of anxiety and depression,mainly manifested in annoyance,restlessness,depression,loss of interest in things and so on.Therefore,through group work,we built a support network for inpatients in rehabilitation department and intervened their anxiety and depression.According to the comparison of pre-test and post-test,the anxiety and depression scores of patients decreased,which effectively alleviated and improved the anxiety and depression of inpatients in rehabilitation department,and provided reference for the follow-up social work to carry out the intervention research on anxiety and depression of inpatients in rehabilitation department.
