Intervention Of Social Workers In The Rehabilitation Process Of Elderly Inpatients

Our country has entered into the old society in advance,how to provide the elderly with care and support services,so that they live in dignity and become a major issue in today's society.For the rehabilitation and maintenance of the elderly,not only the technical level of treatment,but also the psychological and social adaptation level of adjustment.Based on the above background,this article focuses on the elderly inpatients in the rehabilitation process of social workers intervention and effect.This paper is mainly based on the three wards of the old cardiovascular Department of a hospital,in order to study the elderly inpatients in the course of practice,this paper briefly introduces the departments of the geriatric Department,the basic situation of the inpatients,the development of social work institutions,combined with the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview.Based on the Social Work Service project and the internal activities of the Department,this paper probes into the changes brought about by the case service and recreational activities,and analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the service development.Firstly,this paper divides service into case work service and group work service from different methods of intervention.The case work service level,the author for the ward needs to carry on the psychological guidance object,provides the case service.After the service was over,workers established a trust relationship with the elderly,helped the elderly to improve their negative emotions,restored and strengthened social support networks,and made old people hopeful about life.At the working level of the group,the Social Work service,which is based on the establishment of a partnership between the hospital and the X institution,provides recreational services and further plays a role in the community of the elderly.Through six groups of activities,found that the development of group activities can enrich the elderly in hospital life,promote exchanges and interaction between patients,get the surrounding environment for their own support.Secondly,from the service satisfaction and social benefits of two aspects of service effectiveness analysis,and service satisfaction is subdivided into four groups,respectively,for the service object,service object accompanying personnel,medical staff,social workers,through the questionnaire score to make more objective and accurate evaluation.In the end,this paper makes a reflection on the problems encountered in the process of service,there are limitations in research:the choice of clients is limited,the number of professional social workers is low,the service performance is not compared,the effective evaluation system is to be established,the service content is lack of supervision,and the experience is inefficient.At the same time,put forward the follow-up social work services to carry out the countermeasures Expand the service area to benefit more clients,establish an effective evaluation system,ensure the fair and effective data,and implement the supervision of professional social workers to effectively improve the quality of service.Based on the above services and related reflection,through the accumulation of practical service experience for the future social work of the elderly to accumulate experience.
