Study On Cultivating Students' Labor Spirit In High School Ideological And Political Course

Cultivating students' labor spirit is an important task of high school ideological and political lessons,and also an important part of promoting students' overall development.The labor spirit of the new era mainly includes positive and enterprising labor attitude,respect for labor,advocating labor emotion,creative labor thinking and honest and trustworthy labor quality.In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Outline of Labor Education for University,Medium and Primary Schools(Trial),which put forward specific guidance requirements for colleges,primary and secondary schools to cultivate students' labor spirit,which fully attaches great importance to the Party and the state to labor education.High school is an important stage for the growth and development of students,so it is necessary for the school to strengthen the cultivation of students' labor spirit and take it as an important part of the training of socialist builders and successors,which is an inevitable requirement for the school to implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation.This paper uses literature research method to cultivate the connotation of students' labor spirit,the theoretical basis of the relevant overview,combined with the development requirements of the new era and the characteristics of student development,elaborated on the necessity of high school ideological and political class to cultivate students' spirit of labor.Using the interview method to investigate the current situation of cultivating students' labor spirit in high school ideological and political courses and analyze its current situation and existing specific problems.Through interviews and observations,it is found that there are some problems in cultivating students' labor spirit in high school ideological and political courses,such as unclear cultivation attitude,undeep excavation of labor emotion,lack of practicality in labor thinking and unscientific evaluation of labor quality.Through the analysis of the reasons for the above problems,through observation and interview,it is found that schools do not pay enough attention to labor education,teachers and students do not have clear purpose to cultivate labor spirit,school labor spirit practice resources are relatively scarce,and school labor spirit evaluation system is not perfect.Finally,the corresponding solutions to the existing problems are put forward.This paper argues that we can pay attention to the development of labor education,create the emotional atmosphere of cultivating labor spirit,enrich the extracurricular practice resources of cultivating labor spirit and improve the evaluation system of labor spirit to solve the existing problems of cultivating students' labor spirit in the current political class of senior high school.And then cultivate qualified builders and successors of socialism in line with educational needs and the development requirements of the new era.
