A Study On The Intervention Of Case Work In Orphans' Interpersonal Communication Disorders ——A Case Study Of Orphan A

As a vulnerable group in society,orphans are more likely to have psychological defects than their peers,and tend to have strong self-esteem and strong sense of loneliness.As a result,they are not only prone to cognitive bias and low self-esteem,but also have more difficulties in life,growth and social integration,and are more prone to bad behavior,which has a serious negative impact on their interpersonal communication skills.Starting from the professional field of social work,this study takes cognitive behavior theory and social support network theory as theoretical basis,in-depth interview method and participatory observation method as research methods,and adopts case work intervention method.This study takes an orphan child A with interpersonal communication difficulties in XXX primary school in S City as a case.The purpose is to evaluate and improve their interpersonal communication disorders.This paper mainly consists of six parts.The introduction part mainly describes the research background,research purpose and significance,core concepts and theoretical basis,literature review,research methods and innovations.The first chapter mainly introduces the background information of the subject,analyzes the causes of the manifestation of the subject's interpersonal communication barriers,and obtains the needs assessment of the subject.The second chapter,based on the collected data of the client,formulates appropriate service objectives for the client,and makes targeted service plans for the client.Chapter three introduces in detail the process of social works' case work intervention of the client's interpersonal communication disorder with the cognitive behavioral therapy model as the intervention therapy method.This can help the client to establish correct cognition,relieve inferiority and enhance self-confidence,strengthen social ability,build and consolidate his support network,make the client's own social environment changed,and finally improve the client's interpersonal communication barriers.Chapter four evaluates the process and results of case work intervention in this study.Chapter five summarizes and reflects on the study of the intervention of the case work in the orphan's interpersonal communication disorder.The results show that case work plays a significant role in the correction of orphans' interpersonal communication disorders,and cognitive behavior theory and social support network theory can effectively improve and correct orphans' deviant cognition and inferiority.However,there are still shortcomings in the study.Social works should highlight the principle of client self-determination in professional services,and their own professional level also limits the quality and effect of case services.Finally,social works call on all sectors of society to pay more attention to orphans,a vulnerable group,and guide people of insight to join the social work team for orphans in China to provide more support and help for orphans.
