Generally speaking,students in the middle school period are also in adolescence.During this period,people's physiological and psychological functions are changed and developed to different degrees,and the development situation in this period directly determines the life trend of teenagers in the future.During this period,students will have a variety of developmental needs,among which the need for interpersonal communication is the most urgent need.For orphaned secondary vocational students,their special growth background,upbringing experience and environment have a great impact on them,causing them to have a lot of problems in psychology and behavior,and then show a variety of different problems in interpersonal communication.However,due to the lack of family support and the lack of correct models,all kinds of interpersonal problems arise in the process of growing up.In the growing process of orphan schools,teachers were busy with teaching tasks and management,paid little attention to students' psychology,and interpersonal problems were not solved in time.In the communication with peer groups,problems are not only not alleviated,but also affect each other,and the degree of problems is deepened.In addition,secondary vocational students lack interest in learning and are addicted to the Internet,and the bad influence of the Internet culture further contributes to the problems.If their interpersonal problems are not solved in time,with the graduation of secondary vocational school students,their problems will affect the normal interpersonal communication in the future.Under the above background,the author into the light of liaoning province as a student teacher school internship,study of the problem during the internship,using literature method,interview method,operation method,observation and other methods of secondary vocational students observation and interviews,to understand the secondary vocational students' interpersonal interaction in these orphan status quo and existing problems.After studying the growth systems of these students with problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and tries to use group work and individual interview to coach the orphans secondary vocational school students with interpersonal problems,so as to explore the methods to solve the interpersonal problems of orphans secondary vocational school students.After summarizing and reflecting,the paper puts forward a solution model for the interpersonal communication of secondary vocational school students.It is expected to be of theoretical and practical significance to solve the interpersonal communication problems of secondary vocational school students.
