Secondary vocational schools belong to an important educational front.The state pays more and more attention to the physical education of secondaryvocational students and the physical health of secondaryvocational students.The research finds that there are some problems in the physical education class of secondary vocational school students,and the physical health status is not optimistic.It is necessary to strengthen physical training in physical education classenhance students physical fitness and improve their interest in sports.In order to meet the needs of physical education reform in secondary vocational schools the "interesting class practice" is introduced into the physical education classroom to improve the physical health of secondary vocational students.This research creatively integrates tennis into the "interesting class practice",designs the "interesting tennis class practice" scheme,and applies it to the physical education class ofpreschool teachers in secondary vocational colleges,To improve the physical health of female students in secondary vocational colleges.This paper uses the methods ofliterature experiment expert interview.questionnairc and mathematical statistics.Through the implementation of "interesting tennis class practice" and traditional "class practice" in 19 preschool education class 3and class 2 of Guangdong city technician college,and the teaching intervention lasted for 12 weeks,By comparing the effects of the two programs on the physical health of secondary vocational school girls,and the impact on the secondary vocational students interest in physical education,the study concludes that: 1(1)After the experiment,there are obvious differences in vital capacity,speed quality,strength quality,flexibility quality and endurance quality between before and after the experiment.(2)After the experiment,the strength quality,speed quality and flexibility quality of the control class were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,while the body shape,lung capacity and endurance quality of the control class did not significantly improve compared with those before the experiment.(3)After the experiment,the "interesting tennis class practice" in the experimental class can significantly improve the studentsvital capacity,speed quality,strength quality and flexibility quality than the traditional "class practice" in the control class,but there is no obvious difference in the body shape and endurance quality(4)After the experiment the experimental class in the physical education classroom "interesting tennis class practice" than the traditional "class practice’teaching can significantly improve students interest in sports learning.
