Nowadays,under the situation that the country highlights the importance of improving the physical health among young students,"fun lesson practice" are introduced to the physical education classroom in order to strengthen students' physical exercise in physical education and meet the needs of school physical education reform and innovation.Taking this into consideration,this thesis uses the literature method,interview method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to conduct a preliminary study on the design and application of the "fun lesson practice" in the fourth middle school in Yueyang City.This study aims to explore the positive effects of "fun lesson practice" and provides a reference for middle school to carry out the teaching reform of physical education and health courses.In the experiment,this paper conducts two different programs: "fun lesson practice" and "traditional lesson practice" between two classes of first-grade students(i.e.Class 438 and 439)respectively.Both programs last for twelve weeks.After comparing the effects of these two programs on the physical fitness of junior students and the impacts of two programs on students' sports participation,students' interest in sports learning,students' attentions to sports and students' team spirit,this thesis finds that:1.After 12 weeks of "interesting lesson practice" teaching,the experimental group implementing "interesting lesson practice" has a more significant improvement in physical fitness than the control group implementing "traditional lesson practice",indicating that "interesting lesson" "Practicing" teaching is worthy of further promotion in the physical teaching of first-line junior high schools.2.Compared with the control group,the experimental group implementing the "fun lesson practice" program has significant differences in the speed,upper limb strength and physical fitness of boys after the experiment,and significant differences in the physical fitness of girls in flexibility and core strength.3."Interesting lesson practice" teaching is conducive to the positive emotional experience of students in the physical education classroom,stimulating students' interest in learning,and students have a higher degree of preference for "interesting lesson practice".4."Interesting lesson practice" teaching has obvious promotion effect on improving students' sports participation,learning interest and cooperation spirit,but has no obvious effect on students' sports attention.
