With the rapid development of e-commerce,courier companies have ushered in a huge market and new vitality.However,with the explosive growth of courier volume,the amount of courier packaging waste has also surged.The way courier enterprises handle recyclable courier packaging has caused a waste of resources,while the disposal of courier waste has also aggravated environmental pollution,so courier packaging recycling is an urgent problem.The article analyzes the current situation of express packaging recycling,optimizes the recycling mode based on "smart + sharing" logistics,builds a recycling network and proposes guarantee measures.Firstly,we will review the relevant literature on packaging recycling at home and abroad and introduce the relevant theories to provide theoretical support for the research of this paper;secondly,we will analyse the status and problems of express packaging recycling,summarise three express packaging recycling models and compare them according to the survey and research,and conclude that the recycling model led by express enterprises has advantages,and design a "wisdom + sharing The "Smart + Shared" recycling model is designed to enable the sharing of logistics information and resources through the participation of courier enterprises,e-commerce enterprises,packaging manufacturers,consumers and the government,to make full use of existing social logistics resources,to save recycling costs,to achieve the purpose of effective recycling of courier packaging,and to make courier packaging recycling intelligent with the help of an information platform;then,based on the Then,the recycling network is optimized based on the "wisdom + sharing" recycling model,using the improved K-mean clustering and set coverage combination model and fuzzy hierarchical analysis to select the recycling network nodes,and then using the simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the recycling path to form a complete recycling network,and taking ZZ city as an example for empirical analysis.Finally,guarantee measures are proposed for courier packaging recycling.
