Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Student Football Referees In Colleges And Universities In Zhengzhou

As the capital of Henan Province,Zhengzhou City's campus football is in a stage of rapid development.The increase in campus football leagues of all ages and groups puts the current Zhengzhou City football referee team under tremendous pressure.As part of the development of campus football,the school has many outstanding student talents.Enlarging the base of campus football referees by training college student football referees is an effective way to solve the shortage of football referees.Therefore,it is necessary to train a large number of college student football referees and build a team of college student football referees with sufficient numbers,a certain level of judging,and a good style.This research takes the current situation and countermeasures of the construction of the student football referee team in Zhengzhou universities as the research object.It uses the literature method,interview method,field observation method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to interview 10 relevant university teachers and expert leaders.Observe the current situation of the referees in colleges and universities.Research on the training,practice,and experience of the old and new in the construction of the college student football referee team is aimed at identifying problems in the construction of the college student referee team and assisting the construction of the college student football referee team in Zhengzhou.In-depth investigation and analysis of the basic situation,practical growth,training situation,current situation and restrictive factors of college student football referees in Zhengzhou City in the development of campus football,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.College student football referees in Zhengzhou are mainly undergraduate students majoring in physical education.Most of the football referees are in the second and third national levels.There is a large gap in the ratio of men to women.Female student referees are scarce,and their overall English proficiency is uneven.The ability to use computers can meet the needs of the work.Most of the motivations for choosing referees are hobbies,active participation in referee work,and high enthusiasm.2.The overall "judge age" of college student football referees in Zhengzhou is relatively short,with fewer games as chief referees,and more games with assistant referees.Student referees have strong self-learning ability,diverse methods,and better physical reserves.3.Zhengzhou college student football referees hope to get more training and learning opportunities,but the training channel is single,the training content is not well adapted to the campus football league,and the bottom-up training system is lacking.4.Zhengzhou college student football referees mainly face the problems of inadequate psychological quality,inflexible control of rules,poor reading and foul recognition skills,and insufficient experience in judging.They are susceptible to emotions,and most of them can take the initiative to referees.The elder or veteran referee consults the business guide for growth and improvement.The preparation meeting and summary meeting of the game still need to be improved.5.The student football referee team of colleges and universities in Zhengzhou is very important to the development of campus football.Among them,the "semaphore",special physical fitness and professional ethics are better.However,there are deficiencies in game control ability,foul recognition ability,red and yellow card use ability,"near-end assistance" ability,management and communication ability,and unity of penalty scales,and are easily interfered by factors inside and outside the court.6.The team of student football referees in colleges and universities in Zhengzhou lacks an effective management mechanism,there is a management gap between the Disarmament Committee and the students,and there is a lack of middle-level,direct and stable management personnel.
