The cultivation of master students is the top priority in Chinese higher education,and the development of humanities and social sciences plays an important guiding role in social development.However,in recent years,there have been some problems in the cultivation of humanities and social sciences master students,such as paying more attention to form than connotation,and paying more attention to quantity than quality,which has affected the social recognition of the quality of the cultivation of humanities and social sciences master students.The training of master students in China follows the supervisor responsibility system,and "knowledge" is very important in the interaction between master students and supervisors.There are few studies on the knowledge interaction between master students and their supervisors in related fields.Therefore,this study focuses on "knowledge" and conducts an investigation on the knowledge interaction between master's students majoring in eight humanities and social sciences,including philosophy,economics,law,pedagogy,literature,history,management and art.This paper analyzes the causes of problems and difficulties in the knowledge interaction between master students of humanities and social sciences and their supervisors,and then puts forward some countermeasures to improve the current situation of knowledge interaction between teachers and students.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part elaborates the significance and background of this topic,analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,clarifies the research method and overall thinking of this paper,and elaborates the innovation of this paperThe second part defines several important concepts such as knowledge and knowledge interaction,and introduces the three theories used in this study: SECI model,MOA framework and Self-Determination Theory.The third part generalizes the process of this research,records the results of threelevel coding on the interview records of more than 100,000 words of 40 interviewers,constructs a theoretical model of "factors influencing the knowledge interaction between humanities and social science master students and their supervisors",which includes four main categories: subject factor,subject distance,environmental factor and knowledge characteristics.These main categories include 12 categories:motivation,investment,ability,character,relationship distance,knowledge distance,geographical distance,atmosphere,platform,task pressure,knowledge implicity and knowledge complexity.The fourth part analyzes the form and content of knowledge interaction.The fifth part analyzes and explains the influencing factors of knowledge interaction,and finds out the problems such as estranged relationships,lack of intrinsic motivation and inadequate school support.The sixth part puts forward countermeasures to improve the knowledge interaction between humanities and social science master students and their supervisors from three aspects: students,supervisors and colleges.The seventh part summarizes the research conclusions and limitations of this paper,and prospects the future research direction.
