With the rapid development of our economy,the influx of foreign-funded financial enterprises,the competition between financial enterprises is becoming more and more intense.With the service concept deepening in each financial enterprise,the gap of service content and service quality between financial enterprises is getting smaller and smaller.The quality of talent has become the key to victory in the fierce competition among financial enterprises.In this context,there are many shortcomings in the current reserve talent management of H enterprise,the specialization,institutionalization and systematization of the reserve talents construction are low,slows down even hinders the development of H enterprise,optimized and improved the reserve talent management has become the primary key problems which urgently need to be solved in current H enterprise.In view of this,in order to further explore the problems in H enterprise reserve talent management system,build reserve talent management system which corresponds the actual situation of H enterprise,this study mainly carries out the following three aspects research.First of all,analysis the current situations and problems of H enterprise reserve talent management.In order to comprehensively understand the current situations and existing problems of H enterprise reserve talent management,introduces the general situation of H enterprise from three aspects which include the basic introduction,SWOT analysis and human resource profile of H enterprise,expounds the current status of H enterprise reserve talent management from four aspects which include team structure,selection,cultivation,evaluation and appointment of H enterprise reserve talent,deeply analyzes the overall situation and specific existing problems of H enterprise reserve talent construction through questionnaire with spss tool.Secondly,builds H enterprise reserve talent management system.Aimed at the existing problems in H enterprise reserve talent management,on the basis of introducing the design goal,design principle and design idea of scheme construction,perfects the selection of H enterprise reserve talent from four aspects which include analyzing reserve demand,clarifying selection criteria,improving selection process and diversifying selection mechanism,perfects the cultivation of H enterprise reserve talent from four aspects whichinclude analyzing cultivation need,improving cultivation process,diversifying cultivation methods,assessing cultivation effectiveness,perfects the assessment and appointment of H enterprise reserve talent from two aspects which include the reserve talent assessment and the the reserve talent appointment.Finally,gives the implementation guarantee of H enterprise reserve talent management system.In order to ensure the effective implementation of H enterprise reserve talent management system,expounds the organization guarantee from three aspects which include strengthening the co-ordination and guidance,building enterprise culture and building leading team,expounds the institution guarantee from three aspects which include perfecting system infrastructure,establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism and perfecting the flow of talent mechanism,expounds the tracking control guarantee from two aspects which include establishing and perfecting information system,establishing and perfecting input and supervision mechanism.Through the above research,this study not only optimizes the H enterprise reserve talent management system,but also can provide a certain reference on research idea,research method and research theory for reserve talent management related research.
