As the main caregiver of young children,it is of great significance for their own and children's development to enhance their parenting efficacy.The higher the sense of parenting efficacy,the more likely mothers are to choose positive parenting styles,and the more actively they participate in the process of parenting,the higher their parenting ability.In addition,the level of mother's parenting efficacy will also have an impact on the development of children.Therefore,improving the sense of parenting efficacy of mothers can make mothers better nurture children,which is of great significance to promote the development of children.However,in the actual process of parenting,there is a lack of parenting efficacy among some mothers.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out parenting education activities to help mothers enhance parenting efficacy and improve parenting behavior.Therefore,this study focuses on the problems existing in the parenting efficacy of middle-class children's mothers,and explores the promoting effect of parenting education on the parenting efficacy of middle-class children's mothers by compiling parenting education programs and carrying out parenting education activities.This study mainly adopts the action research method,supplemented by literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of middle class mothers in a preschool in Wuhan,and selects 10 middle class mothers who are willing to participate in parenting education activities as the action research objects to carry out parenting education activities for more than one month.Aiming at the practical problems found in the previous research,based on the information source theory of self-efficacy and adult education theory,this study compiled the parenting education program,and carried out three stages of action,namely,good communication,positive discipline and democratic education.Through the steps of planning,action,reflection and re action,we can promote the improvement of middle class children's parenting efficacy.During the implementation of the three rounds of action research,the first round selected "effective communication" and "emotional management" as parent education content to promote the emotional communication effectiveness of the parenting efficacy of young children's mothers,and solve the problems of emotional communication;The second round is adjusted on the basis of the first round,choosing "children's behavioral purpose" and "natural and reasonable behavioral consequences" as parental education content,promoting the raising of the parenting confidence dimension of the parenting efficiency of young children's mothers,and solving the problems of young children regarding the issue of discipline methods;the third round was adjusted on the basis of the previous two rounds,choosing "family meeting" and "democratic upbringing" as parent education content,promoting the improvement of the parenting confidence dimension of the parenting efficiency of young children's mothers,and solving children mothers have problems with the cultivation of children's living habits and their own concepts and methods of nurturing.Through the analysis of the collected questionnaire data and recording data,this study proves that carrying out parenting education activities can promote the improvement of parenting efficacy of middle class children's mothers from both quantitative and qualitative aspects.Finally,the paper makes a reflection and summary of this action,and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to improve the sense of parenting efficacy of children's mothers from the kindergarten and children's mothers.
