With the outbreak of the epidemic,online teaching began to enter the audience’s vision,mixed teaching gradually developed,but in practice,the evaluation of mixed teaching has become a big problem.Different from geography and English literacy class has a long-term theory research and practice accumulation,hybrid skill courses teaching in China has just started,at the preliminary exploration stage,from the variety of evaluation methods is not a student learning process,to distinguish the student individual difference evaluation method is applied to the la-la-la hybrid of teaching."How to evaluate" is an urgent link to be solved in the present stage of mixed teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching evaluation method of cheerleading course,performance evaluation exactly fits the characteristics of mixed teaching,aiming at promoting students to "apply what they have learned" through performance evaluation in the process of teaching practice.Combining it with mixed teaching can break through the problem of "difficult evaluation" in mixed teaching.The article through the literature material method,teaching experiment method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,the sports colleges and universities,research on the related issues,such as the course of evaluation,in accordance with the "real situation analysis,concrete process combing,develop specific case,the evaluation results feedback,and application effect analysis of logic,in sorting out cheerleading hybrid teaching the application of performance assessment,the rationality of the premise,combined with the characteristics of the operating course,analysis of performance assessment in the course of the application of specific process,Developed three types of evaluation tools,respectively is the team work mutual tables,teachers,classroom observation,students’ personal self-evaluation table to interpret performance assessment applied to the operation course of typical cases,analyze the problems in some of the students in the learning process,validation of performance assessment in la-la-la hold special teaching practice using actual effect.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Design a specific process of performance evaluation based on blended teaching methods.Specifically: to cheerleading curriculum syllabus as the benchmark to determine the evaluation target;Secondly,according to the goals,the performance tasks suitable for the mixed teaching of cheerleading were set.Then construct the evaluation dimension of the mixed teaching of cheerleading and develop the scientific and applicable scoring standard.Finally,it evaluates and gives feedback to the students’ performance in the mixed teaching of cheerleading.2.Performance assessment in the application of the hybrid of teaching is effective supplement for various types of education,the development of specific case "combined action programs",the case shows that performance assessment can carry on the intervention to student’s learning process,effective understanding cheerleading hybrid different expression and aptitude teaching high school students,students can enhance self-awareness and a sense of achievement through this kind of assessment method and cheerleading hybrid teaching performance assessment,the application has the feasibility,objectivity and practicability.3.The application of performance evaluation in mixed cheerleading teaching presents three advantages :(1)Performance evaluation provides assistance for the improvement of the learning effect of mixed cheerleading teaching,and helps teachers understand the learning effect of students in mixed cheerleading teaching by providing support from different levels and perspectives through evaluation tools.(2)performance evaluation for students to self-improvement clear direction,so that students clearly know what kind of degree is "good" in the Cheerleading training,in the face of their own shortcomings,cause self-attention;(3)Performance evaluation provides a basis for teachers to improve teaching.Teachers can reflect on the teaching of cheerleading and improve the mixed teaching of cheerleading through this evaluation method. |
