With the advent of the information age of education,the physical education in colleges and universities will be faced with higher new requirements.The physical education teachers in colleges and universities need to change the traditional teaching ideas,use diversified teaching methods,and improve the teaching quality.As a product of educational informatization,Blended teaching is a teaching method that combines the advantages of network teaching and traditional teaching with teachers as the leading role and students as the main body,so as to improve students' comprehensive quality and ability.Blendedteaching can effectively make up for the deficiency of network learning in physical education and the irreplaceability of traditional teaching.Wushu,as one of the sports,can not only make students have a healthy body in college teaching,but also shoulder the responsibility of cultivating students' correct outlook on life and values.It is the best way for college students to contact and deeply understand the traditional Chinese culture.At the present stage,the teaching method of Wushu consists of teachers' explanation and demonstration and students' imitation and practice,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' interest in learning,innovation ability and subjective initiative.Therefore,it is of great practical value and theoretical significance to explore the influence of mixed teaching on Wushu teaching in colleges and universities.Through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper discusses whether the Blended teaching can better improve the teaching effect of martial arts.Taking the influence of mixed teaching on the teaching effect of martial arts in colleges and universities as the research object,a 14-week teaching experiment was conducted among 50 students majoring in Xingyi quanof Grade 2018 in the College of physical Education of Zhengzhou University.after the experiment,the investigation results of students' learning situation,learning interest and blendedlearning satisfaction are compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.1.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups of students in the test scores of the single round of Xingyi quan and the five-element series boxing(P < 0.05),which indicated that the experimental group students mastered the technical movements better than the control group,and the mixed teaching was more beneficial to the learning of students' technical movements.After the experiment,the total score of online learning of students in the experimental group accounted for 96% in the three aspects of excellent rate,good rate and pass rate,indicating that students have high enthusiasm for online learning and can complete the learning tasks well.2.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the five dimensions of learning interest between the two groups(P> 0.05),indicating that the learning interest of the two groups of students was basically at the same level;After the experiment,there were significant differences in learning interest between the two groups in three dimensions of passivity,enthusiasm and skill learning(P< 0.05),while there was no significant difference in two dimensions of extracurricular activities and sports attention.Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the learning interest of students in the experimental group(P< 0.05)in three dimensions of passivity,enthusiasm and skill learning,but there was no significant difference in two dimensions of extracurricular activities and sports attention.There was no significant difference in the learning interest of the students in the control group(P> 0.05).The experimental results showed that compared with the traditional teaching,the mixed teaching was more helpful to improve the students' learning interest.3.After the experiment,the blenedlearning satisfaction of the students in the experimental group has been praised by the students in the four dimensions of student characteristics,teacher characteristics,curriculum characteristics and system characteristics,and the middle school students are more willing to accept the mixed teaching method in learning.it shows that mixed teaching is helpful to improve students' learning satisfaction.
